I'm based in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, and I built this company around one simple idea: wellness should be personal, and it should be possible.

Why I Started Christine & Co.

A founder story born from frustration — and purpose.

Thin, fast-dissolving oral strips that deliver bioactive peptides directly through the mucosa of the mouth — a needle-free, convenient alternative to injections or capsules.

Place one strip on your tongue and allow it to adhere to the roof of your mouth, or between the cheek and gum. Let it dissolve fully — do not chew or swallow whole. Wait 10–15 minutes before eating or drinking. Peptides are best used in a fasted state.

InstaRelease™ strips dissolve in the mouth and absorb through the buccal mucosa directly into the bloodstream, bypassing the GI tract and avoiding needles entirely — with bioavailability up to 92%, compared to roughly 15% for standard oral capsules.

This varies by peptide, dose, and individual physiology. Some people notice changes in energy or sleep within days, while structural goals like tissue recovery or skin changes typically take several weeks of consistent use. See each product's Dosing & Usage tab for suggested cycle lengths.
